a) 하나의 셀수있는 명사와 사용합니다.
eg. Susan has /a/ bicycle.

b) 사람이나 물건에대해서 처음으로 말을꺼낼때 씁니다.
eg. Susan has /a/ necklace.

c) 사람, 동물, 물건을 분류할때 씁니다.
eg. She is /an/ investment banker.
**모두가 아시겟지만 an 은 그뒤에 단어가
모음일때씁니다.**

a) 모든 명사와 쓰입니다.
eg1. /The/ bicycle is new. (단수)
eg2. /The/ books are on the shelf. (복수)
eg3. /The/ jewlry is in the box. (셀수없는명사)

b) 사람이나 물건에대해서 두번째로 말을꺼낼때 씁니다.
eg. Susan has a necklace. /The/ necklace is beautiful.

c) 말하는사람과 듣는사람 모두가 어떤 명사에대해
말하는지 알때 쓰입니다.
eg. Susan: When's /the/ party?
Peter: It's at 8:00.

d) 명사가 오직 하나일때만 쓰입니다.
eg. /The/ sun is hot.
