How to fix photoshop and cintiq crash and lag

This is for Windows 10


1. Create a .txt file named "PSUserConfig.txt"

2. Open the text file just created and type "UseSystemStylus 0" and save

3. Now copy/move the text file to here:

C:\Users\iwon3\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2020\Adobe Photoshop 2020 Settings


Restart the Photoshop and all the pausing and crash will be fixed.
