Matrix Energetics

I didn't understand the whole depth of Dr. Bartlett's theory of Matrix Energetics but it made me think about the unlimited possibilities of power that people possess.  Limiting myself is what's limiting me from expending.  Surrender your power than the power come knocking on your door.  Believing in karma is excuse to not change.
